Refund Policy

• The 15-day period begins on the date of purchase (the date your payment is successfully processed by Stripe).
• Within these 15 days, you may request a full refund for any reason, or for no reason at all.
• No justification is required. No forms to complete. No questions asked.

• We will process your refund within 5–10 business days of receiving your request.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (via Stripe).

After the 15-day guarantee period, refunds are not available. Your access to the programme and all course materials remains active for life, as stated in our Terms and Conditions.

Our programmes are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Under EU and UK law, the statutory right of withdrawal may be waived when the consumer:

• Gives prior express consent to begin performance of the contract immediately; and
• Acknowledges that they lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

You provide this consent and acknowledgement during checkout. However, our voluntary 15-day guarantee surpasses this statutory requirement, giving you a full extra day beyond the legal minimum and no conditions on the refund.

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Our team will resolve any issue promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays and additional verification requirements.
